Move mail, folders and contacts from Gmail or Outlook over IMAP. Nothing is lost, and you keep your old inbox for as long as you want.

Create your account
Pick a free @ayamail.net address or connect your own domain. It takes less than a minute.

Connect your old provider
Sign in over IMAP with Gmail, Outlook or any other provider. We copy folders, labels and attachments 1:1.
- Step 3
Switch MX when you are ready
Keep both inboxes during the transition. When the import is done you simply point your domain's MX at Ayamail.

What people usually ask
No. We do not scan content for advertising or AI training. Mail is only processed to deliver it, filter spam and run the rules you set yourself.
Content is encrypted in your browser with AES-GCM before it is sent. We store only the ciphertext and never hold the key. This applies to Drive, Pass, Docs, Sheets, Contacts and Calendar.
Yes. We support IMAP, so you can copy folders and messages from your current provider with any mail client - or run both accounts side by side while you switch.
Yes. Bring a domain you already own or buy one with us. We set up MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC and show the status until everything is green.
There is a free plan you can stay on. Paid plans are shown in pounds, and you can cancel or change plan at any time - the current period simply runs out.
Yes. OpenPGP can be used with recipients who publish a key, and you can connect any client over IMAP, SMTP, CalDAV and CardDAV.
On servers in the EU, processed under GDPR. We do not sell data on and use no ad trackers on the site or in webmail.
You can export everything in open formats and then delete the account from settings. Deletion removes mailboxes, files and encrypted data after a short grace period.
You can recover access to the account, but zero-access content can only be opened with your key. That is why we recommend storing a recovery key somewhere safe.
